First Aid at WorkH.S.E. Approved Max No. of Students: 12 Duration: 4 Days Valid: 3 Years Exam: Practical and Multiple Choice Theory Target Audience: The nominated 'first-aider' within the workplace - there may be a requirement to train more than one person so as to cover for holidays and sickness.
First Aid at Work (Requalification)H.S.E. Approved Max No. of Students: 12 Duration: 2 Days Valid: 3 Years Exam: Practical and Multiple Choice Theory Target Audience: A first aider's certificate must still be in date to qualify attending this course - upon completion, the certification is valid for a further three years.
First Aid - Appointed PersonH.S.E. Recognised Max No. of Students: 16 Duration: 1 Day Valid: 3 Years Exam: Attendance Course Target Audience: If in a low risk environment, an Appointed Person will meet your needs. However, you may also need an appointed person in any environment as a support to a First Aider, but not act as a substitute.

Basic Food Hygiene UpdateChartered Institute of Environmental Health Max No. of Students: 20 Duration: 1/2 Day (2 or 3 Hours + Examination) Valid: 3 Years (Recommended) Exam: Multiple Choice Target Audience: This update course is designed for those persons who have already attended a one-day course run by the CIEH.

Fire AwarenessMax No. of Students: (open) Duration: Half Day Valid: 1 Years Exam: Attendance Target Audience: All personnel within the work environment (annual fire awareness training). A certificate and attendance list will be presented for your fire log.
